NAME
removepkg - remove installed system packages.
SYNOPSIS
removepkg
[
-h, --help
]
[
-w, --report
]
pkgname
[
pkgname2, ...
]
DESCRIPTION
removepkg
removes any packages whose names match the package names given from the
command-line. This performs (essentially) the same action as would
pkg remove [ pkgname, pkgname2, ... ].
removepkg
will not delete any files which are 'owned' by another package, so please
make sure that no two packages you create will install files over each other.
OPTIONS
- -h, --help
-
When this option is specified,
removepkg
will print its own usage instructions and exit.
- -w, --report
-
This will cause
removepkg
to only generate a report of the proposed removal instead of actually
removing any files. This can be useful to see what files will be removed.
